Carlos Ojeda aka Chu
Carlos Ojeda Jr. has been called one of the most dynamic speakers in America today. He is a youth development expert with over twenty six years of experience inspiring countless students, parents, and education professionals across the country.
Carlos was a university administrator, professor, and the director of the small business development center at Kutztown University where he honed his skills in leadership and education.
Combining his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for changing the lives of youth across the country, he started CoolSpeak: The Youth Engagement Company. Under his leadership, CoolSpeak has grown to be the leading youth engagement organization delivering unique programs and events to keep students inspired, parents involved, and teachers engaged.

Sara Freauf
Work2BeWell Co-Founder and Educational and Leadership Development Consultant
Sara Freauf (Nilles) is an educational and leadership development consultant with 24 years of experience nationally and internationally. She served as the Executive Director for the Oregon Association of Student Councils (OASC) from 2010-2020 and taught math and leadership for ten years before her role with OASC. She studied math education at Montana State University (Go Bobcats!) and earned her master’s in Curriculum & Instruction and ESL/ELL from Portland State University. She is a co-founder of the Work2BeWell program in partnership with Providence Health System.
